Horizontal Zinc Melting Furnace with Automatic Control Function
ⅠEquipment Introduction
It is used for reclaiming WC cemented carbide via the zinc process. Designed as a twin-chamber horizontal vacuum furnace, the front chamber serves as the heating zone, which accommodates graphite crucibles containing the alloy and zinc. Once the zinc melts, the cemented carbide scrap is submerged for thermal modification. The rear chamber acts as the cooling chamber, housing the zinc recovery crucible (where cemented carbide scrap can be pre-placed). The graphite crucibles in the heating chamber and the cooling chamber are connected via a graphite conduit. Once the molten zinc in the heating chamber vaporizes, it is transported through the graphite conduit to the cooling chamber where it condenses, thereby achieving the recovery and recycling of zinc.

Ⅲ Function
Automatic control function: The PLC adopts SM brand products; when operating in different process program stages, the system automatically starts the corresponding program control. With a one-touch start function before starting the furnace, it achieves fully automated control over the entire process sintering program.
Wireless remote diagnosis function:The equipment system can realize internet-connected operations; when the program needs modification, upgrading, maintenance, or encounters a fault, upon receiving the user's authorization and permission, the system and program can be repaired through the wireless remote diagnosis function without traveling to the customer's site. This accelerates the repair speed and improves production efficiency for the customer.
Safety interlock function:The safety interlock functions can be divided into: safety interlock during power failure or water shortage in the dewaxing stage, safety interlock during power failure or water shortage in the high-temperature and high-pressure stage, safety interlock when fault alarms are not eliminated for a long time, safety interlock for incorrect input of process programs, etc.
Ⅳ After-sales Service
Warranty period:
The warranty period of the equipment is 12 months, which starts from the date of installation and debugging of the supplier. Equipment failure happens, after-sales service personnel shall give solutions wthin 2 hours, after receiving thebuyer's notification If it is need to go to the site for treatment, operators dispatched by seller should arrive at the sitewithin 48 hours after go aboard. In case of emergency.operators should arrive at the site within 48 hours after go aboard.and continue to make repairs until the fault is removed and the equipment returns to normal.
