Twin-chamber horizontal vacuum furnace forcemented carbide recycling via the zinc process.

Hybrid semi-automatic/manual control ensuresflexibility. Modular, upgrade-ready design withintegrated rapid cooling for shorter cooling time.

This zinc melting furnace is mainly used for the recycling of cemented carbide scrap, the recovery and reuse of metallic zinc, and the processing of other zinc-containing alloys.

Applications:


The dual-chamber design features process isolation for superior dezincification and zinc recovery.

The heating chamber (front) performs zinc melting and vacuum dezincification under stable high-vacuum/high-temperature conditions, free from cooling interference, ensuring complete zinc vaporization and zinc residue ≤20ppm.

The cooling chamber (rear) receives zinc vapor via graphite conduits for efficient low-temperature condensation, achieving a zinc recovery rate above 98.5% for recycling.

Integrated rapid cooling delivers full-load cooling in just 12-14 hours, enabling semi-continuous operation with no disruption to heating chamber production.
