Industrial Zinc Melting & Recovery Furnace for Tungsten Carbide Recycling

This double-chamber horizontal vacuum zinc melting furnace is professionally designed for waste cemented carbide recycling through the mature zinc melting separation process.
It integrates negative pressure melting, vacuum condensation, rapid cooling and automatic control functions, realizing dual physical and chemical purification.
The whole machine adopts modular design with semi-automatic and manual dual control modes, featuring stable operation, high recovery rate and low energy consumption.
It is the core professional equipment for tungsten carbide scrap regeneration in the powder metallurgy industry.


Pre-intallation Preparation 
-On-site Conditions
Equipped with lifting tools, exhaust ventilation system and fire protection facilities; prepare zinc ingots and waste carbide materials for trial operation.
-Cooling Water
Circulating cooling water system with pressure 0.2-0.4MPa and inlet temperature ≤30℃.
-Compressed Air
0.5-0.7MPa dry oil-free air for pneumatic valve and furnace door operation.



Furnace Advantages

-Dual Purification Process, High Recovery Rate
It supports two purification methods: physical purification and chemical purification.
Physical condensation separates reusable zinc ingots and tungsten-cobalt mixed powder with a zinc recycling rate over 80%;
Acid pickling chemical purification realizes complete separation of single tungsten powder and cobalt powder, effectively improving raw material utilization.

-Dual Control Mode, Flexible Operation
Equipped with semi-automatic & manual hybrid control system, it integrates centralized program control and flexible manual operation,
adapting to different production batches and process adjustment requirements, easy for workers to operate and debug.

-Stable Performance & Low Energy Consumption
Matching 12 sets of standard graphite boats, uniform heating in the furnace. The single-batch power consumption is controlled at 3200-3600 kWh,
with stable vacuum environment, low zinc residue and high product purity.
