Main application
For dewaxing of high-performance cemented carbide material(It can realize vacuum dewaxing,H2 dewaxing,binder can be paraffin or PEG),Vacuum sintering,Low pressure Argon dynamic partial pressure sintering,High pressure Argon sintering,cooling,heat preservation and heating up under high temperature high pressure status.

 

General structure
This kind of vacuum pressure sintering furnace for cemented carbide research, which is single room,horizontal type,recycle heating furnace,it adopt graphite heating element of low voltage and large current .It has many heating zone,each heating zone are individual controlled .All the technical process is automatic controlled,monitored,chased,fault diagnosed which showed and recorded by computer.
This Sinter-HIP furnace include control system,heating system,dewaxing system(vacuum dewaxing and H2 dewaxing),vacuum system,partial pressure sintering,pressure sintering system,cooling water system,rapid cooling system,auxiliary system and safety system etc.It’s graphite box built-in insulation structure,must keep the best temperature and atmosphere uniformity when sinter cemented carbide products.Main parts are all international advanced products,can meet production needs stably and in the long term.At the same time,it must meet energy conservation and environmental requirements.

 

 

Design standard

Design standard:CE,20-year service life,double doors horizontal structure,6000 times.
It designed water jacket near furnace door sealing ring,heat dissipation in time,prolong the service life of the sealing ring.Designed K-type thermocouple on following positions:front and rear door,front and rear radiator,front and rear sealing ring,front and rear chamber,front and rear chamber wall,real time monitoring temperature at different position,it will alarm when working temperature over set value,system will safety interlock if it didn’t remove alarm after long time.

After sales:

1. Installation, Commissioning And Acceptance

We do installation, commissioning and acceptance in buyer's plant.During the installation and commissioning period, the commissioning personnel shall be provided free of charge by the demander according to the staff standard.

The equipment shipped to the buyer, the seller received the buyer's notification, both within a week to carry the equipment out of the box together, then check the equipment and all components according to the packing list . Including equipment accessories, spare parts and special tools, attached manual and technical documents, etc. It can be installed after the acceptance check of equipment.
After installation and debugging, the equipment shall be accepted according to the technical accessories.

 

2. Training

When taking-over the Furnace to the customer, We will give a staff training to customer. The operating personnel of the customer should join to commission,test the furnace, when installing at customer’s company.
This is practical operation training and practical maintenance training,and our technical personnel will telling the basic principle,equipment maintenance knowledge,And the common fault handling measures.We can training 2 ~ 3 workers. ( Training how to maintenance and operating.)

 

3. Warranty period

The warranty period of the equipment is 12 months, which starts from the date of installation and debugging of the supplier. Equipment failure happens, after-sales service personnel shall give solutions within 2 hours, after receiving the buyer's notification . If it is need to go to the site for treatment , operators dispatched by seller should arrive at the site within 48 hours after go aboard. In case of emergency,operators should arrive at the site within 48 hours after go aboard, and continue to make repairs until the fault is removed and the equipment returns to normal.
