Introduction
Hot Isostatic Pressing is a well established process for the improvement of a wide variety of materials such as titanium, steel, aluminum and superalloys. Using this process, voids within a casting can be reduced or eliminated and encapsulated powders can be consolidated to create fully dense materials. Also, dissimilar materials can be bonded together to manufacture unique, cost effective components.
Sinter HIP furnace series are designed to integrate the functions of pressure de-waxing, vacuum de-waxing, vacuum sintering, TORVAC, partial pressure sintering, pressure sintering, atmosphere sintering, fast cooling and etc.With atmosphere sintering function, process gases like Ar, H2, CH4 and N2 could be used to control chamber atmosphere of de-waxing and sintering process.Horizontal design for easy loading, unloading and maintenance.Automatic control during whole process.
Description:
1. The sintering HIP furnace is single-chamber, horizontal and periodic heating. It adopt low voltage and large current graphite heating element to heating, and it has multiple heating units, each unit controls the temperature separately. The whole process is automatically controlled, monitored, tracked and displayed and recorded by the computer.
2. It including control system, heating system, debinding system(negative pressure debinding system), vacuum system, partial pressure sintering system, pressure sintering system, cooling water system, rapid cooling system, auxiliary system and safety system.
3. It adopt the structure of built-in graphite liner in insulation tube. In the mass, it can meet the strict requirements of furnace temperature uniformity and atmosphere uniformity in the sintering process of high performance cemented carbide.
Functions:
Vacuun dewaxing, H2 dewaxing, vacuum heating, heating with gas mixture(Co2 /CH4/H2), heating flowing gas, heating pressure gas, Rapid cooling.
Applications:
For Cemented Carbide, Precision Ceramic, stainless steel, Iron-bae alloy, Copper-base alloy, Aluminum , high density alloy, tungsten-nickel alloy, tungsten-copper alloy, titanium alloy, carbon-atmosphere-sensitive metal products.
