The furnace is capable of operating under both vacuum and partial-pressure atmospheres. It adopts a control method that combines semi-automatic and manual operations, balancing integrated control with operational flexibility. The entire system features a modular design, making it easy to upgrade and maintain.

Furnace shell design standards:

1.The design, manufacturing, auditing, and pressure testing of this furnace shell are conducted in accordance with relevant Chinese regulations.

2.It consists of 2 furnace doors located at the front and rear positions respectively, connected by furnace door hinges, with manual push-pull operation to open and close the doors.

3.It adopts a box-type, water-cooled jacket design. The furnace body is designed with evacuation ports, instrument mounts, thermocouple holes,process gas inlets, etc.

The warranty period of the equipment is 12 months, which starts from the date of installation and debugging of the supplier. Equipment failure happens, after-sales service personnel shall give solutions wthin 2 hours, after receiving thebuyer's notification If it is need to go to the site for treatment, operators dispatched by seller should arrive at the sitewithin 48 hours after go aboard. In case of emergency.operators should arrive at the site within 48 hours after go aboard.and continue to make repairs until the fault is removed and the equipment returns to normal.
