The vacuum degree can reach 5Pa within 30min after starting the pump. After reaching 5Pa and then pumping for 60min, the ultimate vacuum value reaches 1Pa (within a cold, empty and clean furnace that has been dried before).

Hot zone temp. uniformity
In the process of vacuum and pressure sintering, the temperature uniformity of pressure (58bar) is 1450℃: high pressure gas is filled at the maximum allowable speed, and the temperature fluctuation of thermocouple is ≤±5℃.
