3. This kind of High Temperature Vacuum Furnace is single room,horizontal type,recycle heating furnace, it adopt Molybdenum heating element of low voltage and large current.All the technical process is automatic controlled, monitored, chased, fault diagnosed which showed and recorded by computer.

4. Furnace heating element, insulation and charging box are all in cylindrical structure, compared with the traditional square structure: Charging room is larger, size is more flexible, the temperature and atmosphere more uniform.

The furnace has three controlled heating zones and the following main components:
1 Three duplex retractable thermocouples (TC) to control temperature up to 1600°C; above this limit the TCs are retracted out of the hot zone. Each TC has a protective tube.
2 Three infrared pyrometers (pyro), to monitor the temperature by optical radiation of the bottom of the graphite tube of the pyro in the range of 1600…2400°C. Each pyro is equipped with an
inert gas flushing system to prevent fogging of the sight glass during operation.
3 Copper power bus between transformer and current feedthrough of the furnace(copper busbar+dry type cable).
4 Graphite box in the heating zone of the furnace with doors on both ends; doors are controlled by automatic actuators (for door opening/closing during dewaxing).
5 The graphite box is equipped with a differential pressure relief valve to prevent damage
to the graphite box when there is a large pressure difference between the box and the furnace
