Equipment system:
It mainly includes control system, heating system, positive and negative pressure dewaxing system, vacuum system, pressure sintering system, cooling water system, rapid cooling system, safety system etc.


Design standards:
The vacuum debinding integrated sintering furnace is a single chamber and double door horizontal and periodic heating structure,which is designed for easy handling and maintenance, the whole process is controlled automatically.It can realize full load continuous operation, 300 furnace times/year or 300 working days/year.It uses graphite element resistance heating (low voltage, high current) .In addition, there are multiple heating units, each of which controls the temperature separately.It equipped with fully automatic control function and safety interlock function.The whole process is automatically controlled, monitored, tracked and recorded by computer.The PLC, industrial computer (PC) control to realize the whole process of one-key start, real-time dynamic monitoring, computer will save temperature, pressure, vacuum and other parameters ,alarm interlocking is safe and reliable.

Installation, Commissioning and Acceptance


The equipment is installed, debugged and accepted through remote guidance through the Internet. Under the premise of stable COVID-19 and unlimited travel, the seller can arrange personnel to install and debug on the buyer’s site. During the seller’s installation and debugging, the buyer will provide the buyer with free meals and accommodation for the debugging personnel in accordance with the international four-star standard.


The equipment is shipped to the buyer’s location. After the seller receives the buyer’s notice, both parties will unpack the package within one week and conduct a complete set of inspection and acceptance according to the equipment packing list, including equipment accessories, spare parts, random documents and technical documents, etc. Only when the acceptance is qualified should the installation of the equipment begin.

We offer equipment training for the users. When the equipment is installed and commissioned at the user's site, the user's operation and maintenance personnel will be given some on-the-spot teaching in terms of the actual operation and maintenance training; Our technical personnel will help train 2 to 3 maintenance and operation workers in the following aspects: explaining the basic principles of equipment, maintenance knowledge, common fault causes and treatment methods


After-sales service

The equipment warranty period is 12 months which is counted when the installation and commissioning is qualified by the buyer. If there is a equipment failure, the after-sale service personnel will propose a solution within 2 hours after receiving the buyer's notification, and reach the site within 12 hours after boarding the plane if they need to rush to the site urgently. The repairment continues until the failure is removed and the equipment is completely restored to normal.


During the warranty period, the seller shall replace or repair the equipment free of charge for any loss or damage caused by the quality of the equipment itself.Non - quality problems, due to the demander negligence or improper operation caused by the fault.The buyer can contact the supplier, and the supplier can provide paid technical support.
