Integrated Gas Pressure Vacuum Dewaxing Metal Sintering Furnace 2200 Degree Celsius

Applications: for cemented carbide, precision ceramic, stainless steel, iron-based alloy, copper-based alloy, aluminum products.


Functions: Vacuum sintering, Gas pressure sintering, H2 dewaxing, vacuum heating, heating with gas mixture(CO2 /CH4/H2), heating flowing gas, rapid cooling.


It is mainly used for dewaxing (Ar carrier gas dewaxing/H2 gas micro-positive pressure dewaxing), vacuum sintering, partial pressure sintering (stationary/flowing), pressure sintering, rapid cooling of cemented carbide. It meets the strict requirements for furnace temperature uniformity and atmosphere uniformity of cemented carbide in its sintering process, and the furnace structure is advanced and reasonable in design, which is easy to use, operate and maintain. The main supporting components (control elements, sensors, graphite heaters, thermocouples, main control valves, vacuum pumps, etc.) are of today's international advanced level and can adapt to the requirements of long-term, stable and reliable mass production. At the same time, the equipment meets the national requirements for energy saving and environmental protection.

High pressure Ar gas filling

Hot zone temp. uniformity


In the process of vacuum and pressure sintering, the temperature uniformity of pressure (58bar) is 1450℃: high pressure gas is filled at the maximum allowable speed, and the temperature fluctuation of thermocouple is ≤±5℃.


Sintering zone atmosphere uniformity


UNIFORMITY (Through dewaxing & pressure sintering): same type furnace control piece (YC40 or YG6 medium particles), paraffin, PEG, evenly distributed on the flat boat. Furnace control piece and process provided by the buyer, seller confirms.

Cobalt magnetism: test it after dewaxing, COM: ≤±0.2%;

Coercive force: HC:≤±0.3KA/M, the temperature uniformity in the furnace is mainly based on the test performance of the furnace control plate.
