Design Standard:
The carbide pressure sintering furnace is a single-chamber, double-door horizontal, cyclic heating structure designed for easy loading and unloading and maintenance. The whole process is controlled automatically with safety interlock. Full load continuous operation is realized with its maximum ability of 300 furnace times/year or 300 working days/year. Adopting graphite element resistance heating (low voltage, high current) with multiple heating units, each unit of temperature is individually controlled ; The whole process is controlled by computer automation, monitoring, tracking, fault self-diagnosis simulation display and record. The process is controlled by PLC and industrial control machine (IPC) to realize the one-key start-up of the whole process, real-time dynamic monitoring, temperature, pressure, vacuum and other parameters saving and reliable alarm interlock.
Equipment color matching: furnace body, voltage transformer, control cabinet and vacuum pump surface is light gray (color code: RAL7035),. Furnace leg, pump stand and support are sky blue (color code: RAL5015). The wire slot is stainless steel, support galvanized. The transformer placement can adjust according to customer's site condition.

Degreasing forming agent under positive pressure, negative pressure, sintering uniformity under gas pressure: furnace control piece (YC40 or YG6 particles) and paraffin forming agent are evenly distributed on the graphite boat. The buyer shall provide the furnace control piece and program, and the seller shall confirm.
Alnico: test cobalt magnetic field after dewaxing, deviation range: ≤±0.2%; Coercive force: deviation range: ≤± 0.3kA /M. The uniformity of furnace temperature is the standard of the uniformity of coercive force. |
