The vacuum degree can reach 5Pa within 30min after starting the pump.The ultimate vacuum value reaches 1Pa after reaching 5Pa and pumping for 30min (after drying, cold, empty, dry).
≤3Pa/h (stop the pump group operation and start the test after the limit vacuum is measured after the oven, .Empty furnace, clean, cold state, within 3 hours average value).
Full furnace loading cooling time
When the inner furnace fully load materials,the cooling time of sintering temperature from 1450℃ to 100℃ is ≤6h(water temperature≤30℃,95bar≤pressure≤98bar)
Filling high pressure argon
|Intermittent stable charging is adopted, charging time can be set.The system accurately matches the relationship between charging amount and time to ensure the following of charging.
Wax collect rate
≥98%(10Kg pure paraffin, argon negative pressure dewaxing.Maximum three mean values).
The time of pressurization to 98Bar is ≤15min, which can be set (the gas source pressure is stable within the range of 120-130bar).
Uninterrupted power supply guarantee time
Power the indicator light and control the furnace during power off for more than 80 minutes.
Heating up speed
8℃/min (In full furnace condition, the intermediate temperature section is allowed to hold).
The warranty period of the equipment is 12 months, which starts from the date of installation and debugging of the supplier. Equipment failure happens, after-sales service personnel shall give solutions within 2 hours, after receiving the buyer's notification . If it is need to go to the site for treatment , operators dispatched by seller should arrive at the site within 48 hours after go aboard. In case of emergency,operators should arrive at the site within 48 hours after go aboard, and continue to make repairs until the fault is removed and the equipment returns to normal.
