Vacuum Heat Treatment Furnace brief introduction
Vacuum hardening furnace is a professional heat treatment furnace with high purity Sic as heating element, which is used in low vacuum environment. In the metal shiled or ceramic fiber furnace chamber equips with high vacuum pump systems. Vacuum degree can up to 10/7*10-3 Pa. The furnace chamber is alumina refractory fiber or metal shiled for excellent thermal insulation, vacuum reservoir wither cooling system. The Vacuum hardening furnace has the advantages of novel structure and convenient operation.
