The metal sintering furnace is single-chamber, horizontal and periodic heating. It adopt low voltage and large current Molybdenum; Tantalum; Stainless steel to heating, and it has multiple heating units, each unit controls the temperature separately. The whole process is automatically controlled, monitored, tracked and displayed and recorded by the computer.

It including control system, heating system, vacuum system, partial pressure sintering system, cooling water system, rapid cooling system, auxiliary system and safety system.

Adopt the structure of the internal packing platform of metal thermostat, it can meet the strict requirements of furnace temperature uniformity and atmosphere uniformity.


Tungsten and Molybdenum
Tungsten and molybdenum are refractory metals and are suitable for applications at extreme temperatures, unlike other materials. These metals have unique properties, which make them an ideal option for components employed in the furnace construction industry. These metals have excellent creep resistance, superior dimensional stability, high melting points that allow operating temperatures of up to 2800°C. They have a low coefficient of thermal expansion and an excellent corrosion resistance.
